No. Royalty is private pay, so you arrange the trip with us and settle it with us. Nothing has to be approved first and no broker decides when you travel.

Yes. Our phone is answered every hour of every day, weekends and public holidays included.
Each trip is priced on its own facts: the distance, the service you need, the hour of the day, and whether the driver waits with you. You will have that figure before anything is confirmed.
Three days ahead gives you the run of the schedule. Shorter notice is welcome too, and we do take same day requests when a vehicle is free.
Every kind. Manual chairs, power chairs, mobility scooters and bariatric wheelchairs are all welcome, and the rider stays in their own chair for the journey.
Yes, on our stretcher service, which travels with a driver and an attendant so the patient is not alone with the person driving.
Yes, and we do not charge for it. On a first trip we would encourage it.
No. We carry people who are medically stable and simply need help getting where they are going. If someone is having an emergency, dial 911.
